All deliveries are shipped by Parcel Force World Wide, a trackable shipping service.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £35

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Orders are shipped by the next business day after the order has been placed. Orders within the UK are usually delivered within 2-5 days. International orders are usually delivered between 5-7 days, but delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination.

Can I receive my order quicker?

We offer a next-day delivery service for UK orders.

Do you delivery outside of the UK?

We deliver to European countries. Click here to view the list and delivery costs.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order has been shipped; click on the tracking link in this email to track the order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we don’t delivery to PO Boxes.

What happens if I'm not at home to receive my delivery?

UK Customers

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. Don’t worry if you aren’t as our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once.

Alternatively they will leave a card confirming they have either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, when they will try to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it.

International Customers

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left with a neighbour, left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Your order

Part of my order is missing, what do I do?

Please contact us with the order number and the missing item(s) name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item in my order?

Please contact us with your order number and the incorrect item(s) name. We will get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Please contact us with the order number and the missing item(s) name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you have two hours to do so after you have placed your order, please contact us and let us know that you’d like to cancel your order

If you wish to cancel your order and it’s more than two hours since you have placed your order, please contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel the order if the order  hasn’t already been shipped.

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

If you wish to amend your order, you have two hours to do so after you have placed your order, please contact us and let us know that you’d like to cancel your order

If you wish to amend your order and it’s more than two hours since you have placed your order, please contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel the order if the order  hasn’t already been shipped.

Can I return my order?

You have the right to return the articles you have purchased within 3 business days of receipt of the delivery. If you wish to return your order, please contact us beforehand to let us know. Please note that you will be responsible for the return charges.

We will refund all articles providing they are in their un-opened original packaging, minus delivery charges (and bank charges where applicable) within 15 days of receipt of returned articles.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?

We will usually refund you what you paid for the returned products but not the delivery charge, unless your order was faulty or incorrect.
